The hope is to do more and more leadership summits but in order to do that, it needs to become a formulaic thing.

  • maybe make a repo for post-mortems to live
  • make sure that organizers know that is a responsibility
  • include breakdowns in why a think maybe "DIDN'T HAPPEN"
  • make a decision record, so that folks remember why a thank is or isn't happening
